Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing customer accounts and partnerships, ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing all facets of client campaigns, from initiation and implementation to performance reporting and invoicing. This position requires close collaboration with various internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance, to provide top-tier service and innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the daily operations of assigned Agency and/or Network partner accounts.
  • Deliver strategic and tactical support to a diverse and high-touch customer portfolio.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and upselling potential within existing accounts.
  • Oversee client business processes, including onboarding, reporting, and billing.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolution of all support inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct kick-off and ongoing meetings with clients and internal teams to clarify campaign objectives.
  • Prepare performance assessments for each client, emphasizing the value of our offerings.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure compliance with delivery and billing requirements, extracting insights from reports.
  • Administer the contract billing process efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively the value proposition of our technology and partnerships to enhance client growth.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at both senior and mid-management levels.
  • Navigate complex relationships across Advertisers, Agencies, Networks, Publishers, and third-party technology partners.
  • Participate in client meetings to align with partner goals and objectives.
  • Engage in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide feedback internally to enhance our products and services based on customer insights.
  • Additional responsibilities may include attending industry events and conferences as needed.
  • Undertake special projects as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management with a strong grasp of the online advertising sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent higher education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in an advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform.
  • Familiarity with Ad Serving technology.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the online media landscape.
  • Experience managing online media products and technologies, including creative trafficking and campaign management.
  • Self-driven, independent thinker, and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating issues clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of management, including senior executives.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.
