Role Overview
The Client Relationship Manager is pivotal in nurturing and managing customer accounts and relationships, ensuring a seamless experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all facets of client campaigns from initiation through execution, reporting, and invoicing. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to provide exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. The Client Relationship Manager is key in advising and executing strategies that cater to ongoing client product requirements and will educate clients on the comprehensive DoubleVerify product suite, demonstrating how these offerings can be utilized to achieve their objectives.
Proactively manage the daily interactions and relationships with assigned Agency and/or Network partners. Deliver strategic and tactical support to a diverse, high-touch client portfolio. Actively monitor assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and potential upselling. Oversee client business processes, including onboarding, implementation, reporting, and invoicing. Ensure high-quality service delivery, addressing all support inquiries and troubleshooting reporting, ad-serving, or data-related issues. Organize and facilitate kick-off and ongoing discussions with clients and internal teams to clarify campaign deliverables. Prepare performance assessments for each client, emphasizing the value proposition of DoubleVerify. Track and report on campaign performance to ensure alignment with delivery and billing, extracting insights from reports. Administer the contract billing process efficiently and accurately. Clearly communicate DoubleVerify's value proposition, technology, and partnerships to foster growth in current and prospective client accounts. Effectively manage client expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients at both senior and mid-management levels. Navigate complex relationships among Advertisers, Agencies, Networks, Publishers, and third-party technology partners. Engage in client meetings to grasp partner goals and objectives. Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives. Provide internal feedback on customer insights to enhance DoubleVerify's products and services. Additional responsibilities may include attending offsite meetings, conferences, or industry events as required. Undertake special projects as designated by management.Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Sales or Account Management with a solid understanding of the online advertising sector. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent higher education. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Direct experience in an advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform. Familiarity with Ad Serving technology. Comprehensive knowledge of the online media landscape. Experience managing online media products and technologies, including creative trafficking, campaign management, or ad serving. Self-driven, independent thinker, and a collaborative team player. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines while prioritizing effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating issues clearly and ensuring effective communication. Ability to engage and communicate with all management levels, including senior executives.
