You will be part of our determined and motivated team in Bella Vista, where you will assist by performing organisational tasks such as:

  • Project Planning and Execution.
  • Risk and Issue Management.
  • Resource Allocation.
  • Follow Up on Tasks and Deliverables.
  • Track and Monitor Projects.
  • Prepare Project Reports.
  • Performance Metrics.
  • Provide Post-Implementation Support.
  • Assist with Pre-Sales Support.

What you Bring to the Table

You have a completed Bachelor´s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), as well as 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related roles. 
 
Your skills include:

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • experience in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira) and reporting tools (e.g. MS Power BI).
  • understanding of project management methodologies.
  • high attention to data and accuracy in handling data and information.
  • ability to maintain awareness on a portfolio-level and coordinate between multiple deliveries whilst paying close regard to resource efficiencies.

Experience in software or/and hardware development is welcomed but not required.Your Benefits
