The InjuryCare Coordinator supports the Product Owner of the Squad and the InjuryCare Partners in the Squad on many administrative aspects of InjuryCare and case management, in order to support the efficient and effective running of the Squad and excellent service to our injured Team Members.

**What you’ll do**

As our InjuryCare Coordinator, you will work on a variety of tasks and projects, from data review and reporting, making contact with Operations Teams and Team Members, following up documents and actions, planning meetings and agendas and general administrative support.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across a range of tasks and projects for your Partners and Leads, in the InjuryCare stream
- Engage with impacted team to support in processing leading indicator activities
- Support the InjuryCare Partners with caseload management, and take a bigger responsibility when the Partner is unavailable
- Support to identify and act on opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team by streamlining and reducing administrative tasksTake on data analysis and presentations to showcase the work of the InjuryCare stream

**What you’ll bring
- An understanding of Return-To-Work processes and of the retail environment
- Strong administrative capabilities across a broad range of administrative tasks
- Team player, who is flexible and adaptable with changing priorities
- Highly organised and shows great attention to detail
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with a range of people including those who are going through a difficult timeComputer literate, understanding of the Google Suite and able to quickly learn new processes and software platforms
