**What you'll do
As a Refit Coordinator, you will work with all relevant stakeholders to manage the refit works in New, Renewal & Partner Projects across NSW & ACT
- Review costs and efficiencies and provide input to ensure CODB budgets are met and improved
- Implement changes to store layouts to improve and maximise the sales performance of a store to support the business growth strategy
- Manage external teams as well as assisting store teams to ensure a harmonious and effective working environment.
- Liaise with Construction, Macro space, Renewal team, Commercial Teams and Store Operations as required.
- Ensure minimum disruption to customers throughout any renewal or partner project.Administer, develop and control the systems and procedures relating to Refit team member performance on store relays, considering minimum disruption to the customer
**What you'll bring
- Experience working in supermarkets, ideally within groceries at a Department Manager level / 2IC or similar
- An understanding of planograms and their implementation on projects
- Flexibility for early starts and travel as required in the role
- A proactive approach and good problem solving skills
- Strong communication skillsAbility to travel throughout NSW & ACT (when required) with potential over night stays
