Job Description: The Territory Sales Manager for the region will be an essential business partner to the entire APAC management team and be responsible for accelerating. This role is accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals for the region on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Focusing on distributor and customer satisfaction, product adoption, and building a strong regional customer reference base will be key to success in driving growth over the next years. This individual will report directly to the Senior Director and possess a strong grasp of developing and executing strategy, financial acumen, and market knowledge.

  • Delivering sales and operations plans through distributor sales.
  • Managing distributors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key influencer relationships.
  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Coordinating with marketing and product teams to support new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Analyzing sales data and financial reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent market knowledge and experience with medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Experience in managing distributor networks and key customer relationships.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a sales manager.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.

Physical Demands & Travel Required:

  • 50% travel possible
