About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Commercial team in the Sutherland Shire area. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint and SKU count while actively seeking new business opportunities in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers and distributors.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Field Managers and Regional Business Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Results-oriented with a self-motivated attitude focused on achieving goals.
  • Personable approach with a friendly and approachable personality that resonates with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Passionate team player with enthusiasm for working with great brands and even better people.
  • Valid driver's license is essential.
