Your Role
Reporting to the Remuneration and Rewards Manager, you will support multiple business units, proactively providing both strategic and tactical advice to enhance employee experience and drive organisational success.
  
Key focuses:

  • Project manage and lead the annual salary and incentive review process, nationally;
  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking activities for positions, utilising agreed methodology;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the HR team and leaders across the organisation to ensure remuneration and rewards practices are robust and enable business strategy;
  • Use a combination of data, employee insight gathering and research in best practice to deliver value add projects, continuously improving reporting, processes and policies.

An experienced and motivated remuneration professional, you thrive in an environment where you can take ownership and make a difference. 
  
Additionally, you will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels;
  • Deep expertise in the development and implementation of remuneration and reward programs, ideally across industrialised environments;
  • High level attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills;
  • Strong team focus, naturally collaborative, whilst highly capable in working autonomously.
