About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remuneration and Benefits Consultant to support our Remuneration and Benefits Frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for executing various projects and initiatives, including job design and evaluation, remuneration reviews, talent and performance management, governance and reporting, and supporting academic promotions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in the following key areas:

  • End-to-end management of key remuneration and benefits initiatives
  • Affinity or experience with job design and remuneration in the HR space
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel
  • Coordination and administration skills and experience, with a demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver effective processes and systems
  • Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines

You will also need to have degree qualifications relevant to Human Resources, Business or other related discipline, together with at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
