Join the HR leadership team of this high performing financial services organisation - a top opportunity for high-performing FS senior reward specialist to move into a leadership role spanning reward governance, operations and strategy.
What will you be doing?
As Rem Lead you will take responsibility for all aspects of the implementation and on-going management of remuneration strategies and frameworks, variable pay plans, as well as employee data analysis and reporting. Reporting into C-Suite will see you interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including the chance to prepare and present at Board/RemCo.

What is your background?
You have >10 years reward experience, with a good chunk of your rem career practiced within financial services. You are across all aspects of broad based comp operations and a working knowledge of FIRG and McLagan, and ideally you have been exposed to aspects of recent regulatory change - including CPS511. Above all, you are a collaborative and pragmatic reward practitioner, and able to hold your own across various stakeholder levels.
