About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration and Benefits Consultant to join our team at Swinburne University. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for executing various projects and initiatives in support of our Remuneration and Benefits Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of key remuneration and benefits initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Design and implementation of job structures and remuneration programs, aligned with industry best practices.
  • Analysis and reporting of compensation data, using Excel to inform business decisions.
  • Coordination and administration of benefits programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Development and implementation of effective processes and systems, to support the delivery of remuneration and benefits initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, together with at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
  • Proven experience in remuneration and benefits, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
