This role is responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of People systems. It will lead a team of technical specialists who will collaborate with key stakeholders and end users to align system functionality with business objectives, driving system enhancements, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
As the leader, you will manage all People Systems activities including configuration, security administration, integration, reporting & analytics and will consult with key stakeholders on business process design and continuous improvement.
This will be a full time, 12-month contract position based in the Sydney or Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic systems roadmap (People and Finance) for optimising system functionalities to meet current and future business needs.- Lead the administration and maintenance activities of People systems including configuration, security administration and business process design.- Through consultation, testing and troubleshooting, ensure system functionality meets business and user requirements.- Monitor and ensure system related queries (via Workday Help) are actioned in accordance with SLAs. Log issues for sprint planning and prioritisation in JIRA.- Support the development of communication and education resources (i.e documentation) to the people team and end users on new or changes in technology.- Utilise reporting tools to create customised reports and dashboards for stakeholders.- Lead, develop and maintain people metrics reporting and predictive analytics.- Provision of remuneration data for internal and external benchmarking and reporting.- In consultation with the Head of People Operations, Systems and Analytics, this role will execute Remuneration activities that supports the People and Business Strategic objectives.
ABOUT YOU- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, working within a fast-paced business environment.- Tertiary qualification aligned to people, technology, business or economics or equivalent experience.- Strong experience and knowledge in Human Resource Information Systems (Workday is essential, Aurion would be an advantage)- Experience in HR transformation, process management, systems implementation and adept at utilising technology and enhancing processes, with demonstrated commitment to building workplace efficiencies and enabling technology.WHAT WE OFFER
