About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remuneration and Benefits Consultant to join our team at Swinburne University. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for executing various projects and initiatives in support of our Remuneration and Benefits Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of key remuneration and benefits initiatives.
  • Affinity or experience with job design and remuneration in the HR space.
  • Experienced with data analysis and reporting using Excel.
  • Coordination and administration skills and experience and a demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver effective processes and systems.
  • Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Degree qualifications relevant to Human Resources, Business or other related discipline, together with at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
