Operationalise and own a newly developed remuneration frameworks in this greenfields role offering autonomy and the chance to see the real impact of your work

**What will you be doing?**
Reporting into 2 experienced Heads of People you will take the lead in implementing and managing total rewards frameworks, programs and solutions to support the on-going strategic objectives of this well-regarded Australian organisation.

As the newly created Reward SME in a high performing HR team, you will oversee annual remuneration cycles, job mapping and grading, STIs and sales commissions and work closely with the business to ensure a recently developed fit-for-purpose rewards framework is fully optimised.

**What background do you have?**
With >4 years corporate reward experience, you have solid broad base comp foundations with previous experience across reward operations such as rem review, benchmarking and salary survey management.

Your communication skills are top notch, you are comfortable and credible managing both HRBP and Line Manager relationships, and you enjoy telling the story behind the data

Above all, you’re ambitious and you want to truly own a role and make it yours
