What you’ll do
Our ‘T25 Strategy’ is designed to deliver exceptional customer experience, improve our reputation, and sustain growth. Culture plays a huge role to achieve all three. So our People & Culture team is growing and we’re looking for Employee Experience superstars to help us make Telstra the place people want to work.
As a member of the Organisational Development team, and a trusted internal advisor, you will have the opportunity to work across Organisational Development domains like - Employee Experience, Culture, Talent, Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance, Leadership and Learning and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, using Human Centred Design and Agile ways of working to:
Identify and define people related problems and priorities within the business.
Design and test key initiatives that will enable Telstra to deliver on it’s T25 workforce and culture ambitions.
Lead implementation, embedding, measurement and lifecycle management of key initiatives to ensure they’re driving impact.
Collaborate across teams, creating an integrated and simple experience for our people.
