As a People Partner at Lyka, you'll play a vital role in enhancing team dynamics, nurturing talent, and creating high-performing teams. You'll serve as the go-to expert for employee relations, handling internal complaints with empathy and fairness while aligning every decision with Lyka's core values.

What You'll Do
  1. Provide coaching to Line Managers on People practices, helping them enhance team dynamics and create high-performing teams.
  2. Serve as the expert for employee relations, handling internal complaints with empathy and fairness.
  3. Lead and support exciting People projects, driving impactful initiatives across the organization.
  4. Embody Lyka's values and nurture a culture that inspires positivity and growth.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of HR / People experience. We are open to all types of HR / People experience.
  2. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and a natural coaching attitude to support key stakeholders in becoming great leaders.
  3. Organised, structured and calm demeanour.
  4. A hands-on approach with the ability to balance risk and decision making.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Passion for developing people capability and driving a people strategy that supports the business agenda.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on Melbourne location and industry standards.
