Your strong communication skills, deep employee relations expertise and commercial mindset enables you to confidently advise senior leaders, driving positive outcomes for both the organisation and its employees.

What you will bring:

  • Extensive knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance to national employment standards.
  • Confidence in interpreting awards and navigating complexity across a diverse workforce.
  • Skills in handling matters before Fair work, with legal support if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience client facing and ability to build trusted and effective partnerships.
  • Strong ability to coach, influence, and advise senior business leaders.
  • Experience in end-to-end case management with strategic direction.

Applicants who hold a legal background with an employee relations focus will be highly regarded.
