**About the role**:

- Managing the Service Delivery team
- Supporting the Branch Managers
- Providing support to direct reports ensuring they meet role requirements
- Setting goals and coaching individuals to meet role expectations
- Reviewing figures and ensure branch is on track to meet forecast
- Checking month end results and advising any discrepancies
- Reviewing all cost accruals and managing quarterly progress billings
- Ensure ethical conduct of all employees and business performance is adhered to
- Reviewing various admin and financial reports
- Providing onboarding and training, assisting technicians
- Reviewing current procedures and implementing change

**About you**:

- Minimum 5 years Administration/Customer Service experience
- Previous People Management experience
- An excellent team player
- Relationship management with internal employees and external customers
- Proficient MS Office Skills
- Excellent time management skills and teamwork ability
- Self-starter, organized and ability to meet deadlines
