Job Title: IT Service Delivery Leader

This is a pivotal role in the company's continued growth and involves leading and evolving their internal IT service function and capabilities within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and mature IT service management policies while building scalable and resilient IT processes and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with vendors and infrastructure operations to ensure compliance standards with ISO 27001, APRA, and CPS 234.
  • Implement IT service management tools and develop processes and policies for IT infrastructure.
  • Manage external vendors and partners, and ensure strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven IT operations delivery experience working with external partners and executive stakeholders.
  • Awareness of regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, APRA, CPS).
  • Experience implementing IT service management tools and understanding of Microsoft 365 and the full productivity suite.
