We offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet the stringent security and compliance requirements of federal and state government entities. As the Head of Service Delivery, you will be part of our high-performing operations team focused on exceeding customer expectations in terms of security, uptime, scalability, expert engineering knowledge, and superior customer service.

Our Operations team is the backbone of service delivery for our government customers. We are responsible for delivering, monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure and services that support mission-critical government functions. Our focus is on security, reliability, and rapid response to ensure systems are available, issues are resolved quickly, and compliance standards are always met.

In this role, you will be accountable for managing our active project portfolio with a strong focus on accelerating revenue and benefit realization. You will also provide leadership to guide and develop the team, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Sales team to maintain a forecast position on projects in the sales pipeline.
  • Manage the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring commercially successful outcomes.
  • Work with Operations Leaders to prioritize key projects of work.
  • Build an engaged and high-performing team.
  • Work with your team members to develop their skills and create career progression opportunities.
  • Effectively manage the performance of all team members.
  • Ensure we always deliver a great customer experience.

Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in an ICT industry Service Management, Project Management, and Business Operational roles; ideally with experience working for a Systems Integrator or Managed Services Provider.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles where you have delivered sizable projects.
  • Must be an Australian citizen as this role requires security clearance.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of projects and leading multiple streams with full financial responsibility.
  • Strong experience across all aspects of contract and commercial management.
  • Strong financial acumen - including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis skills.
  • Working experience with Cloud migrations, Network integration, and Cyber Security Operations.
  • Prince 2 Certified (or similar project management qualifications).
  • Bachelor (or higher) degree in computing science, information technology, or related field.
  • Desirable to hold AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
