As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Leader to spearhead our Service Desk team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your expertise in customer-centric service delivery and drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Manager in Service Desk or Service Delivery, with a proven ability to influence and team manage staff.

The role involves managing and leading the Service Desk team, ensuring delivery to SLA's/KPI's, and maintaining high standards of performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with IT Management to maintain HR policies and develop company culture through actioning internal meetings and clear personnel review structures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, innovative, and critical thinking, with a strong focus on delivering service that exceeds expectations. You will also need to understand the technical outcomes of support teams and be able to assess and understand impact quickly.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ Years dedicated as a Team Leader or Manager in Service Desk or Service Delivery
  • Demonstrated experience to lead Major people, with proven ability to influence & team manage (Helpdesk Staff)
  • Experience to improve & maintain IT Service Desk / Delivery Management processes, practices & reporting systems
  • Passionate about driving staff, delivering on Service Desk KPI's and SLA's & ensure consistency & clarity
  • Proactive, innovative and critical thinking
  • Highly motivated with an enjoyment of forging strong business relationships
  • Strong focus on delivering service to exceed expectations
