Job Title: Change Enablement Strategist

 

Job Description:

This key role is responsible for driving awareness and management of the change enablement framework & strategy.

  • Act as a single point of contact for change enablement related matters on behalf of stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage change enablement activities across the entire service environment.
  • Initiate and chair forums to ensure alignment with best practice frameworks.
  • Ensure effective communication of change enablement initiatives across various recipient groups.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a SIAM end-to-end change enablement or change management environment.
  • At least 1 year experience in developing and implementing change enablement processes.
  • Extensive experience building strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and industry representatives.
  • Experience leading initiatives focused on user experience within ITSM services and support.
  • Proven track record of successfully monitoring and governing change enablement activities.
