Enablement Strategist Role

The role of Enablement Strategist involves developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to drive team success. This includes creating and maintaining segment-specific playbooks, partnering with subject matter experts, and executing audience-specific communications plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the central enablement platform, conducting content audits and implementing best practices for structure, tagging, usage, and retirement.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create and maintain top tips, tools, and cheat sheets, ensuring onboarding materials are complete, accessible, and regularly updated.
  • Support the development of role-based learning pathways aligned to core competencies and business needs, facilitating ongoing training delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, or GTM enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with content platforms, LMSs, and communication tools like Slack.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging by audience.
  • Highly organised with a strong bias for action, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Passion for empowering others, enabling business change, and driving team performance.
