We're seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to equip our sales organization with the insights, assets, and systems needed to drive success.
About the Role:- Craft compelling sales narratives by developing high-impact sales decks and providing speaker notes for sales teams.
- Arm our sales team with strategic battlecards in Highspot, offering competitive insights and objection handling.
- Become the ultimate resource hub for sales by structuring and maintaining our sales playbook library for easy access to critical information.
- Pilot product launches by creating concise and effective one-pagers and cheat sheets for new feature adoption.
- Drive content excellence through governance (tagging, versioning, expiration) to ensure content quality and relevance.
- Enhance content findability within our enablement tools.
- Align sales and marketing efforts by partnering with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Elevate onboarding experiences by developing engaging LMS modules and role-specific onboarding kits for new sales hires.
- Foster continuous learning by maintaining training assets and knowledge bases for ongoing sales development.
- Master sales technology by administering and driving adoption of key sales enablement tools like Highspot and Gong.
- Measure content impact by building dashboards to track content performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Uncover customer insights by analyzing call data and win/loss reports to inform content strategy.
- Translate insights into action by creating practical enablement assets based on customer pain points and market trends.
- Support go-to-market strategies by developing and distributing sales tools for new campaigns and product launches.
