This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, high performing sales professional to further develop their knowledge and expertise in a highly progressive, flexible and creative business with ambitious growth plans.

We are looking for confident B2B sales professionals who are highly motivated and financially driven - although we provide induction training and ongoing training, we are not seeking candidates who require basic sales training or are looking for their first job in sales.
We are a professional business with a professional team of highly experience individuals. If you are looking for a stop gap job, this is not for you.
Confidence and the ability to pick up the phone is absolutely essential in this role.

Education Australia is an award winning organisation that is dedicated to improving the education sector through various marketing channels. The main objective of EA is to work alongside major associations surrounding the education system in order to assist schools with their buying process and help businesses in gaining maximum exposure and acquiring new contracts within the education sector. Working in conjunction with the funding, we are the industry leaders in our field and have great success in promoting businesses to the decision makers of schools and universities.
The ideal candidate will have a confident, assertive, motivated and can-do approach with a proven track record in exceeding targets.
The ability to quickly build rapport as well as applying urgency with prospective clients is essential, with the confidence to sell over the telephone and/or zoom to both medium and large corporate companies on a national and global level.
You will be responsible for driving revenues through print, social and digital advertising/marketing campaigns across multiple sectors including education, health, fitness and aged care.
The role will involve generating new business and maintaining that relationship with clients who wish to benefit from the exposure to the highly targeted and niche audiences we represent.

We offer an extremely achievable and substantial commission (plus superannuation) structure or an attractive salary + commission package.
Potential for career progression within the first 3 months for the right candidate.
OFFICE HOURS - MONDAY TO THURSDAY 9.00AM - 5.00PM(FOUR DAY WORKING WEEK - NO OVERTIME)
What we are looking for;
- B2B Telephone sales experience
- High work ethic, positive attitude and desire to measurably impact results
- Financially driven professionals
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to apply urgency
- Intermediate computer skills including experience using a CRM and a knowledge of google suite
- Confidence in the whole sales process from initial introduction to closing
- Cold calling B2B experience
- Presentable and professional candidates
- The ability to be adaptable
