About Our Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth through strategic account management and new business development in technology solutions for logistics, transportation, and warehousing. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, excellent presentation capabilities, and project management expertise.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving in-person engagement with prospects and clients, managing complex sales cycles, and meeting revenue targets. They will also be required to shape technical solutions by working closely with our technical team to translate client needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive In-Person Engagement: Meet with prospects and clients to build relationships and close deals
  • Territory Management: Strategically plan and execute regular visits across your territory to maximize in-person time with key accounts and prospects
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand our footprint within existing accounts while building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Lead Client Relationships: Own the entire client journey from initial engagement through ongoing account management
  • Shape Technical Solutions: Work closely with our technical team to translate client needs into actionable solutions
  • Build Market Presence: Represent us at industry events, develop strategic partnerships, and establish our brand in the logistics and transportation technology space
  • Guide Vision: Help shape our go-to-market strategy, identify new opportunities, and provide valuable market insights
  • Deliver Results: Manage complex sales cycles, meet revenue targets, and build sustainable long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years in B2B technology sales or account management
  • 3+ years selling to logistics, transportation, or warehousing sectors
  • Proven track record of territory management and field sales success
  • Experience maintaining an active travel schedule while managing a pipeline
  • History of creating opportunities through in-person networking and relationship building
  • Proven history of growing accounts and securing new business
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
