What We're Looking For:

We want high-performing, financially-driven professionals who thrive in B2B phone sales. If you're motivated, confident, and love closing deals, this role will suit you.

Must-haves:
  • B2B telephone sales / cold-calling experience
  • Self-motivated, high work ethic, positive attitude
  • Exceptional verbal communication & confidence picking up the phone
  • Strong organisational skills and urgency in execution
  • Intermediate computer skills (CRM experience preferred)
  • Presentable, professional, adaptable, and results-driven
Expectations:
  • Hit the phones daily with confidence and urgency
  • Manage the full sales process: introduction → pitch → close
  • Work as part of a driven, supportive sales team
  • Commit to achieving and exceeding sales targets
