  • You have extensive experience prospecting by phone.
  • You have a track record in beating sales targets.
  • A can-do attitude, hardworking approach and ability to make things happen working on their own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivated to deliver best in the business customer service experiences
  • Self driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Sound computer literacy
  • Sense of humour

Role Responsibility

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Prospecting by phone to generate opportunities and build a pipeline (leads provided)
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators relating to sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratings
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain and grow a customer base

Desired Experience:

  • Previous successful experience with prospecting to achieve targets
  • A passion for health and fitness with an understanding of Gym and Fitness Equipment will be Highly Regarded
  • Have the ability and dedication to develop a pipeline of leads through outbound calls
  • Enthusiasm, VERVE, and a commitment to giving their very best every day to serve our customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with MS office competency
  • Experience using CRMs (Hubspot & NetSuite experience advantageous)

We are offering a full time position with a competitive salary package including superannuation and uncapped commissions.
