Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Teamwear Sales Lead to spearhead our teamwear sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, a passion for sports, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with schools, clubs, academies, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for the teamwear and sports apparel division.
  • Identify, approach, and close deals with schools, sports clubs, academies, universities, and organizations.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver customized teamwear solutions.
  • Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and tournaments.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in sportswear, apparel, or related industries.
  • Strong network within sports clubs, schools, and academies is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Passion for sports and active lifestyle.
