The club also hosts various special interest groups on regular basis but also welcome external events in multiple rooms.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Circular Quay, Sydney, NSW.

The Head of Event Sales is responsible for driving event sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of all commercial and member events at RACA. This role combines strategic sales development with hands-on coordination, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to post-event feedback.

As Head of Event Sales, you will lead the Club's event sales strategy, with a strong focus on business development, relationship management, and market positioning. Overseeing a small, capable team, you will take ownership of both sales' execution and leadership, working closely with the executive team to shape the future direction of the business.

You are a hands-on, results-driven sales leader with a strong background in hospitality and premium events. You excel in relationship-building, are commercially astute, and thrive in a close-knit team where your contribution has a visible impact.
