Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong relationships with sports clubs and organizations, creating and executing effective sales strategies, and managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new partnerships with soccer, cricket, netball, rugby, and other sporting clubs across Australia.

Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and deliver promotional campaigns.

Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Manage and mentor sales staff to achieve KPIs and company goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with a custom sportswear company(mandatory).

Established sales record with sporting clubs— must demonstrate previous success in securing and managing club accounts (e.g., NPL, community, or school clubs).

Strong network and active relationships with decision-makers in sports clubs and associations.

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple accounts.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling teamwear or custom apparel directly to club administrators or purchasing committees.

Understanding of club procurement cycles, sponsorship structures, and apparel budgets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
