Our client, a technology-enabled data and insights business, is helping Super Funds, Insurers and wealth managers tackle their compliance obligations.

As the first Head of Sales within the organisation you'll drive the GTM strategy, win new logos, scale the business, and gradually build a high-performing team. If you're experienced in enterprise software sales with a Regtech, Fintech, or SaaS and ready for a high-impact role, we'd love to connect.

What you'll do:

  • Personally sell into super funds, trustees, custodians, insurers and APRA regulated entities.
  • Create and manage sales engine: lead gen, solution positioning, negotiations, closing
  • Build and structure CRM pipeline, sales playbooks, and reporting
  • Scale the sales team, develop comp frameworks, and coach top talent
  • Identify potential partnerships to align offerings and drive commercial strategy
  • Represent our client at industry events, podcasts, panels as a thought leader

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years' sales experience, 3+ in sales leadership
  • Proven success scaling Regtech/Fintech/SaaS, ideally in start-up/scale-up
  • An understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Strategic, data-driven, and visionary mindset
  • An established network of decision makers in Superannuation, Insurance and Financial Services
