Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility for a Sports Sales Head. The Sports Sales Head will oversee the sales team, manage client accounts, and develop and execute sales strategies. The role includes analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. Responsibilities also include coaching sales staff, setting performance metrics, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Proven experience in Account Management
  • Excellent Team Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and business development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus
