I'm currently leading a confidential executive search for a Head of Sales – Motors to join a market-leading digital platform at a pivotal moment in its growth journey.
This is a career-defining opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a national sales team—and to work directly alongside the C-suite with a clear pathway to the Executive Leadership Team. Deep experience in automotive, digital classifieds, or growth-led sales
A true team coach—capable of elevating a national sales force
Proven track record of dealer engagement and commercial execution
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and product teams
Ambitious, strategic, and ready for a visible, legacy-building mandate
