Head of Sales

We're seeking a Head of Sales to join a purpose-led global consultancy operating at the intersection of HR and organisational transformation.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead revenue generation across all commercial functions: Business Development, Marketing, Solutions, and Client Success. You'll work both strategically and hands-on to deliver sales targets, optimise sales processes, and expand their market footprint.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver global revenue targets through direct contribution and team leadership
- Lead end-to-end sales initiatives from pipeline to close
- Build and deepen client and partner relationships across enterprise accounts
- Identify and activate strategic growth opportunities and channel partnerships
- Collaborate with Marketing to amplify brand presence and thought leadership in the HR and talent space
What You Bring
- A minimum of four years in sales leadership within consulting, L&D, HR, DEI or other solution-based services
- Proven ability to win and grow enterprise clients with complex buying structures
- Experience optimising sales systems and processes to unlock scalable growth
- Self-starter mindset with experience in early-stage or agile environments
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and commercial acumen
