About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer/ All-rounder to join our team. In this key role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Managing Director, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
This is a varied and dynamic position offering responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a growth-focused and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing insurances, in association with our insurance broker
- Invoicing through MYOB and uploading through various Property Portals
- Performing other general administrative activities as required, such as answering telephones, filing, managing office stationery orders, collecting mail from PO Box etc.
- Data entry - MYOB preferred
- Draft, edit and format materials and communications
- Updating and maintaining company records and data bases
- Monitoring multiple inboxes and responding in a timely manner
- Assist with HR processes
- Liase with Property Managers, Centre Managers, Facility Managers
- Any other Ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
This position requires:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/Email, Publisher & Word
- Highschool Diploma (Essential); in office administration (Desirable)
- Advanced in MYOB (Intermediate level would be considered for the right applicant)
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Strong CRM skills (Legrand, ACT Today)
- Have the capacity to work autonomously and as a member of a team
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to show initiative to changing priorities
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Have previous administrative experience - Minimum 3years
- Must have Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Must hold a current Western Australian Drivers Licence
