Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting others and keeping an office running smoothly? We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant / Office All-Rounder to join our team at our Rockingham Office and provide valuable support to our HR Coordinator and broader operations team.
About the RoleThis role will be a Fulltime role Monday - Friday based in our Rockingham Office. The hours will be placed somewhere between 5am-5pm.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll assist across key areas of our business including:
- Scheduling and rostering support
- Recruitment and onboarding administration
- HR documentation and compliance support
- Answering phones and managing enquiries with a friendly, professional approach
- General administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For- Previous experience in an administration or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience in healthcare, aged care or NDIS sector (desirable but not essential)
- Supportive, down-to-earth team environment
