The Role:

This full-time Office Administrator position offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Technical Maintenance Support, based in Geraldton, Western Australia. As an integral member of the Administration & Office Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities For The Role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management and broader team
  • Maintain various administrative systems and databases
  • Provide support to the senior Payroll officer, inclusive of creating payroll runs themselves for approval
  • Handle a wide range of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation, time sheet printing and filing
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and practices
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support the efficient running of the office

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative/Payroll Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
  • National Police check
  • Hours required 8am – 5pm Mon - Fri
