Role Purpose

The Administration Officer plays a key role in keeping SSCS running smoothly. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting the leadership team, and ensuring both staff and participants receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to management and staff.
  • Manage office systems, records, and communication flow.
  • Assist with NDIS documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, agendas, and minutes for internal and external use.
  • Support onboarding of new staff and maintain HR records.
  • Act as a first point of contact for participant and stakeholder enquiries.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role (minimum 3 years, ideally in disability, community, or health sector).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of NDIS processes (desirable but not essential).
