The Role

As our Office Administrator, you will be providing administrative, operational, and people-focused support that enhances employees' day-to-day experience. In this fully office-based role, you will be assisting the Office Manager to ensure our newly renovated Perth office runs efficiently, safely, and professionally. Your day-to-day would involve;

  • Making our clients and visitors feel welcome.
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the WA team.
  • Keeping the office clean and well organised, ensuring supplies like groceries and stationery are always available.
  • Assisting staff with IT and AV in the office.
  • Assisting in coordinating internal and external events i.e. charity events, staff meetings, and social events.
  • Owning side projects such as client gifts and creating signage/posters to promote and communicate events, training and celebrations.
