We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator with a minimum of 2 years' experience, to join our team in Wangara.

As an Administrator, you'll work closely with Managers, Supervisors and Employees to support the day-to-day operations across our business.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive team and be involved in a wide variety of business functions.

The following attributes are required to be successful in this role

  • Previous administration experience in a similar role (highly desirable)
  • Experience with MYOB, SAP and Pegasus, advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening if required to visit site
  • Construction industry experience preferred but not essential
