With an impressive trajectory of growth, we are now seeking a Head Chef to take charge of our kitchen operations and be instrumental in scaling our systems, team, and ways of work.
The Role
As our new Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our team and developing and embedding systems and procedures to support our growing business.
You will drive menu innovation in line with our modern, seasonal approach, build our kitchen capability through training, rostering, and developing our staff to deliver at scale.
You will overseeing food quality, ordering, consistent delivery of our high quality products, and safety standards across all events.
This role is a perfect role for someone highly organised, with strong planning, costing, and operational skills, who enjoys entering new environments specifically to drive evolutionary change.
About You
We are looking for a Head Chef who is a proven leader in hospitality or events catering, with experience managing teams in high-volume, high-quality environments, and has been instrumental in building systems and scaling up operations in our industry.
You must have a minimum of 2-3 years of Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience.
You must have experience managing teams of at least 5-10 staff members.
You will be a mentor and coach, be passionate about working with fresh and local ingredients, and enjoy the use of technology to automate and streamline business operations.
