Head Chef – Broulee Brewhouse

Love great food, fresh ingredients and a coastal lifestyle? Broulee Brewhouse is looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen.

We're a laid-back brewery and beer garden serving high-quality, consistent meals designed to complement our craft beers. You'll take charge of kitchen operations, manage a small team, and have creative input into menus that showcase local produce.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the operations of the kitchen
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food production and service
  • Managing a small but passionate team of cooks and kitchen hands
  • Developing lunch and dinner menus in line with management
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene requirements

For most of the year, our kitchen runs five days a week (Wed–Sun until 8pm), so you'll enjoy a healthy work-life balance while working in a fun, ambitious environment alongside an award-winning brewery team.
