As a Head Chef of Touch_wood you must have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a head chef role of a busy venue.
  • Experience in breakfast/lunch, all day dining type operations.
  • An inspired and creative passion for food, particularly breakfast and seafood.
  • A solid understanding of the current market and food trends.
  • An overall knowledge of all operations within a busy kitchen.
  • A willingness to be a team player and help grow the team around you.
  • A strong background in menu planning, inventory, and supply management.
