Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator – High-End Residential
Inner East Melbourne | Salary Up to $150k (depending on experience)

This is a rare opportunity to join a business specialising in architecturally designed one-off homes valued from $2M – $15M within the affluent areas of Inner Melbourne - Toorak, Brighton, Hawthorn, Middle Park, East Melbourne and South Yarra.
THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking a motivated Contract Administrator who wants more than just another CA role. Here, you'll work closely with the 2 Directors (both highly experienced Project Directors) and be supported by a strong internal operations team - giving you the guidance and structure to take your career forward. For the right person, there's a clear pathway into Project Management.

ABOUT YOU:

- Come from a local commercial construction background and are ready to move into luxury residential, OR
- Are an experienced Contract Administrator working for a high-end builder (local preferred) seeking a fresh start with growth potential
- Have strong contract administration and project coordination skills, with a solid grasp of project lifecycles
- Are detail-oriented, well organised and motivated to take on greater responsibility in the future
- Have Full Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
