A minimum of 5 years of project administration experience is required for this role.
The Project Administrator will report directly to the Project Administration Manager and will be responsible for supporting various administrative and coordination functions across the Communications team.
Supervisor or coordinator experience is beneficial but not essential for this position.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing general administrative support to the Project Administration Manager & the broader Communications team.
Serving as the primary administrative support for the Communications Design & Project Management teams.
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of fee proposals & associated documentation.
- Coordinating authority audits, including submission of required documentation & ongoing compliance tracking.
- Managing the end-to-end tendering process, including documentation preparation & submission tracking.
- Coordinating new project applications & overseeing the management of carrier service contracts.
- Completing & submitting carrier documentation & processing update requests as required.
- Assisting in the preparation & formatting of client reports.
- Liaising with clients and relevant authorities to facilitate project requirements & maintain strong working relationships.
- Supporting the invoicing process by preparing & coordinating invoice requests.
