Responsibilities
  • Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and variations.
  • Managing subcontractor documentation and correspondence.
  • Coordinating tender responses and liaising with design and project teams.
  • Supporting accurate commercial reporting and tracking project compliance.
Ideal Candidate
  • Diploma in Building & Construction or similar.
  • Strong experience (typically 3+ years) in contract/admin roles within commercial construction.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial contracting models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Victoria commercial & government project environments and stakeholder dynamics.
