Contract Term - Immediate Start - 2 Months

Are you an organised and adaptable Project Administrator looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, project-based environment? This is an exciting opportunity to support senior staff and site teams onsite at a current project in West Melbourne.

This position offers the chance to work within a well-established electrical contracting company known for delivering complex projects across Australia. With a strong focus on safety, quality and collaboration, you'll be part of a small but growing team with a supportive onsite culture.

In this role, you'll play a key part in the project by managing a mix of structured administration tasks, from safety documentation to purchase orders. This is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.

The Role:

  • Support senior staff with timesheets, safety documentation and purchase orders
  • Handle general administration duties - from planned tasks to one-off requests
  • Coordinate with onsite teams and adapt to changing project needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a project administration or similar role
  • Experience in an on-site position working with multiple contractors
  • Immediate availability

The Details:

  • Full-time onsite role (minimum 5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
  • Based in West Melbourne, with potential to join future projects
  • 2-month project length, immediate start
