Position Overview:

The Wholesale Account Manager is a key sales position responsible for driving revenue and expanding our wholesale business in the Victoria & Tas region. Your focus will be on identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing retail partners, and actively growing our presence across the market. You will be a brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring that our collections are showcased in the best possible light and maximised for profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all accounts. Regularly visit retailers, present new collections, and ensure timely follow-ups to meet sales targets.

  • Drive Sales Growth: Actively identify, target, and secure new wholesale accounts while nurturing relationships with existing customers to maximise sales.

  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimise account performance.
  • Product Advocacy: Become the go-to expert on Sass Clothing's collections, educating clients on our products and positioning our brand as a must-have for their customers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in wholesale management or a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends.
