As we continue to scale and evolve, we're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a major HRIS transformation project, a high-impact initiative that will reshape the way we support and empower our people.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of each project phase, working cross-functionally and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure success. From building out detailed project plans to managing risks and driving outcomes, your leadership will define excellence in project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of a multi-phase HRIS transformation within a structured program of work
- Manage timelines, budgets, interdependencies, and scope to ensure seamless delivery
- Keep senior stakeholders engaged and informed, presenting progress, risks and decisions with clarity and confidence
- Maintain key project documentation, including RAID logs, project plans and status reporting within a consistent, repeatable framework
- Proactively identify, escalate and resolve roadblocks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver project milestones on time. Mitigate resource constraints
- Ensure alignment with strategic goals and governance standards
About You
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within Retail, Wholesale and/or FMCG environments
- Proven track record in leading HRIS implementations across modules: Payroll, Time & Attendance, Rostering, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Succession
- Strong stakeholder management skills, confident in presenting to senior leaders and adept at building trust
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Deep knowledge of project planning, budget and risk management
- Agile and hybrid methodologies
- Comfortable working with Agile, hybrid methodologies, and structured PM frameworks
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet
